Pick Up

You can arrange pick-up 7 days a week (including public holidays). Prompt pick-up will be made following your order. A service fee of HK$50 will be charged for each pick-up with a maximum of HK$200 per month for account holders. For non account holders, the service fee for pick-up is HK$75 per item.

Remarks: Pick-up service is available in commercial address only and covers all areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (except outlying islands and restricted areas). If you require the pick-up service on Sunday or public holiday, you may call or fax to our Speedpost Telephone pick-up Service Centre before 4:30pm one working day in advance, we will arrange pick-up for you (except the first day of Lunar New Year holiday). Not applicable to areas listed below: Hong Kong Island: Southern District except Tin Wan, Aberdeen, Wong Chuk Hang and Ap Lei Chau. New Territories: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek Wu Hui, Fanling, Tai Po, Tuen Mun and Yuen Long.
